The Wisdom Leadership & Wealth process starts with a Complimentary Session, which gives us the chance to meet, talk through the objectives, and design the optimum partnership program. It’s a no-obligation opportunity to explore the difference it can make to have an Empowerment Specialist.

The partnership program is comprised of four interrelated components:

Identifying developmental objectives for both the leader and or the business, and creating an overall growth plan.
Focusing in on key challenges, obstacles and choke points, and generating options and strategies to impact them.
Converting general strategies into specific action steps, and developing follow-up structures to ensure timely completion.
Providing energizing personal support and advocacy throughout the process.

The Self Investment Plan

The programs come in a variety of formats and are purposely made to help empower executives and entrepreneurs to not only live a successful life, but to share their success with others. In the optional one-on-one partnership program, meetings are established two times per month for 30 minutes each session, with free e-mail contact and short “spot calls” of five minutes or less between sessions as needed. The initial session helps to build a relationship, and customize the right solution based on ones objectives and needs. There is the option to terminate services at any time*
